Return & Refund Policy

Our guidelines for returns, warranties, and repairs.

1. Pre-Owned Devices Warranty

All pre-owned smartphones sold by MobileFox come with a standard 7-Day Testing Warranty unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. This warranty covers internal hardware defects that were not disclosed at the time of sale.

Exclusions: The testing warranty does NOT cover physical damage, water/liquid damage, broken screens, battery backup issues beyond standard degradation, or software issues caused by third-party apps or rooting/jailbreaking.

2. Return and Refund Conditions

We only accept returns and offer refunds under the following strict conditions:

  • A valid hardware defect is reported within the 7-day testing period.
  • The device is returned in the exact same condition as it was sold, along with the original bill and any provided accessories/box.
  • Our technical team verifies the defect and confirms it is not due to physical or liquid damage caused after the purchase.

If the above conditions are met, we will first attempt to repair or replace the device with a similar model. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

3. Repair Services

Repairs performed by MobileFox carry a limited warranty on the specific part replaced (e.g., 30 days for a screen replacement), which will be stated on your repair invoice. This warranty is void if the device suffers subsequent physical or liquid damage.

4. Process for Claims

To initiate a warranty claim or return, you must bring the device along with the original purchase invoice to our physical store in Gopalganj, Sagar. We do not process returns via mail or courier.
